That is why, as a third party, we confirm that the state of Ukraine has already done its part of the work to open the first negotiation cluster. Now the EU must do its part, including in overcoming the &#8220;separate&#8221; internal resistance, which has no constructive effect on both parties concerned, but works in the interests of an external player.<\/p>\n<p>With joint efforts, we must move towards solutions that will benefit Ukraine, which has the status of a candidate country, and the EU as a whole.
