He has been heading the organization since 2015. She specializes in general political issues of the European integration process in Ukraine, including monitoring and advocacy of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. Liubov also study the topic of EU enlargement policy and its’ transformational impact on the candidate countries.
Dmytro Naumenko
Senior Analyst
Co-founder of the Centre. Responsible for the planning and preparation of analytical products of the organization related to the European integration reforms and accession to the European Union. As an expert he focuses on the monitoring of the Association Agreement with the EU and energy policy issues, including European Green Deal agenda, gas market reforms and energy efficiency in buildings.
Oleksandra Bulana
Analyst
Joined to our organization since 2021. Her expertise lies in the trade-related matters concerning the European integration of Ukraine, with a specific focus on customs and tax issues. In the organization she is responsible for analytical products development related to the Association Agreement with the European Union and the ongoing integration efforts of Ukraine into the EU single market.
Snizhana Diachenko
Analyst
Her research interests include EU-Ukraine relations in the area of Common Foreign and Security Policy, as well as EU enlargement. She also gained experience in project management while assisting in implementing an EU-funded project. She holds a Master’s degree in History from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the University of Warsaw and a Master’s degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges Campus).
Olena Gulyaeva
Accountant
He has been working in the organization since 2017. Has the necessary knowledge of accounting, auditing, finance, tax and accounting legislation. Organizes accounting work in the organization. Responsible for the correctness and compliance of accounting documentation, accounting procedures, financial and tax reporting, reports on the financial condition of the enterprise
Olha Huliaieva
Project coordinator
Coordinates and oversees project planning and execution. Olga graduated with a degree in Fundamentals of Social and Legal Work and holds the qualification of Social and Legal Work Assistant from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, and also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Personnel Management from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.
Maria Holubytska
Junior research fellow
Mariia focuses on Ukraine’s European integration. Her research interests cover EU–Ukraine relations, particularly in the field of foreign and security policy, as well as the European Union’s enlargement policy. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
