The analytical team of the Ukrainian Centre for European Policy has analyzed the legislative commitments of Ukraine to be fulfilled under the Association Agreement with the EU by 1 November 2016 and in accordance with the Roadmaps adopted for the implementation of the Agreement (until the end of 2016).

The Roadmap identifies 8 areas in which Ukraine had to adapt EU legislation:

  • environment;
  • social policy;
  • energy;
  • public health;
  • campaign activity;
  • taxation;
  • sanitary and phytosanitary measures;
  • public procurement.

The document also indicates the number of legislative acts that are already being adopted, as well as the sectors in which the adaptation does not take place.

We will continue to monitor the implementation of commitments made by Ukraine under the Association Agreement and will update the content of the Map.
